Nicole Richie was spotted with her boyfriend, Joel Madden checking out some engagement rings at XIV Karats in L.A. on 19th of February - Life & Style reports.
Richie also took advantage of the half price sale and bought a ruby necklace for $3,350.
“Of course he would never get her a half-price ring,” a store employee assured the mag. And, in fact, they didn’t buy, but adds the staffer: “You can tell they’re crazy about each other. His arm was around her the entire time.” (source)
